Do animal care facilities have readers? |
||
| Can all readers read any microchip? No. Some manufacturers choose to read only their private technology and disregard any other technology and even go as far as to encrypt the identification code to prevent other readers from obtaining the code. The ISO standard requires readers to be backwards and forwards compatible to read all microchip technologies. The iMAX Black Label is the only reader on the market that can read detect all microchips. |
